Kay Beauty Makeup Review: Gel Kajal, Liquid Eyeliner, Lipstick, Lip Liner and Nail polish

I have been using the Kay Beauty products for a few months now. Earlier I had the lip liner and the lip crayon which I absolutely loved, so I ordered more stuff.

Kay Beauty Gel Liner: This is a pencil gel liner and needs sharpening. It applies smoothly on the lips, however it does not apply that well on the waterline. It is smudgeproof and can be easily removed by micellar water. It is decently pigmented and doesnt feel havy on the lids. However, I already have the Lakme Kohl liner and Faces Gel liner which work better that this one. For me, this gel liner is a pass.😒

Kay Beauty Liquid Eyeliner: This liner has a long handle and a long brush tip. This is not a beginner friendly eyeliner. If you are into makeup and have nailed drawing eyeliner, only then go for this liner. Also the pigmentation of this eyeliner is not that great. I need to go over it 2 times before it looks fully opaque. It has a weird texture on drying like a peel off mask has. It is smudgeproof and comes of easily with water. It has a slight shiny finish on drying and need 2 coats when applied over shimmer shadows.

Although I do use this for my makeup looks to draw those thin lines, I can easily do that with my Maybelline Sketch liner as well. So, this one is also a pass for me.😒

Kay Beauty Matteinee Matte Liptick: This crayon comes in a retractable pencil form. I had the shade Climax but I have misplaced it. I now have the shade Autograph which is a rusty red shade. This crayon is absolutely my favorite, especially Climax for everyday wear. Climax is a pinky mauve shade. The crayon applies smoothly, feels light weight, does not dry out lips and is super pigmented. It settles to a matte finish and on me lasts for upto 6-7 hours which is a lot!

One thing I love about this range is how much shade range it has and unique colours they have introduced for Indian skin tone. Highly recommend this lip crayon. You are bound to find atleast one shade to your liking.😍

Kay Beauty Matte Action Lip Liner: I have been trying out lip liners from diffrent brands now, and after Faces lip liner, these are my new favorite. The go on smoothly, are pigmented and will not budge.

They also stay on the lips for 7+ hours. These are my go to lip liners for any look. However, you do need to sharpen these. 

I have the shades 

High Impact : Everyday mauve pink shade. It will suit all complextion.

Hype: It is a nude shade best for fair to medium skin tones

I'm A Fan: A red shade. Will suit all skin tones.

Highly recommend these lip liners.😍

Kay Beauty Nail Nourish Nail Enamel: I got this one in the shade Tickled Pink-29 and love the shade. Its a barbie pink shade. They also have a lots of nude shades which will suit Indian skin tones well. They require 2 coats to be fully opaque and has minimum chipping. The brush is good and applies well.

It doesnot stain the nails. However, it sort of dries to a dull finish. I like my nail polish to have a shiny finish after drying, but this one does not have that. Not my favorite but not bad either. You can go for the Nykaa ones which are cheaper and much better than these.😐
