Review:The eyeliner comes in a pen casing with a pointed tip for precise lines. It comes in two colours Black and Blue. I have the Black
one. The liner is super easy to use and get even lines. It is a liquid liner. It is pigmented enough. It stays for 8+ hours without any smudging or fading. Doesn't flake or rub off. Doesn't irritate eyes. Dries almost instantly. Highly recommended!!!
