How to use Sheet Masks in India
With many Korean product coming to Indian markets, sheet masks are hot right now. If you stumbled or searched for this post, you are probably wondering how to go about using it. So let me help you with it.
Before you take out the sheet mask there are 3 steps to follow. This ensures that you get the maximum benefit out of the sheet mask and gives you lasting results if you follow these steps regularly.
Step 1: Remove all your makeup. Oil cleanser, makeup remover whatever your choice of product, completely remove it
Step 2: Use face-wash/mild cleanser. Wash your face thoroughly with a good face wash so that no residue of makeup or makeup remover is left.
Step 3: Use toner and pat it on your face until it absorbs in your skin
Step 4: Remove the sheet mask from the pack and place it on your face. If the cut-outs on it are too small for you, the tear them a bit so that they fit properly on your face.
Step 5: Keep the sheet mask on your face for about 15-20 minutes only. DO NOT exceed this time because if you keep it more than that, the sheet material starts sucking out the moisture from your skin and you definitely don't want that. Also, any extra serum left apply it to your neck, hands, chest wherever you please.

Ideally, apply the sheet mask at night time so that you can leave the serum on your skin.
How many times to use a sheet mask?
The Koreans are known to use a sheet mask every day but the steps to follow are time-consuming. Once or twice a week is enough.
