What L'Oreal Paris claims:

The Rouge Caresse lipstick has a flutter of kissable, soft, colour. Its delicate texture glides onto lips creating a veil of colour with a luminous shine. It adds a desired pop of color with a meltingly soft application.

The lipstick contains light oils, crystalline wax, transparent blenders and pearl pigments that deliver true color with a weight-less comfort.

My Review: The lipstick is encased in a clear plastic and at the bottom you see a color marking of the shade. I like the packaging, its very sturdy and the shade can also be spotted easily.

The color of Rock N Mauve is mauve as mentioned but a bit more purple to it. This particular shade is very distinct so do see if you like this shade.

This lipstick is more like a highly tinted lipbalm. It is very moisturizing and glides on smoothly. The color is sheer but can be built on. 

It stays on for 3-4 hours without eating. But it won't survive snacking or heavy meals. On fading, it leaves a light even tint.

This looks better when topped with L'Oreal Paris Shine Caresse Gloss Stain.

This is a sheer lipstick ideal for girls who don't like wearing lipstick or want just bit of a color.
