Today I am reviewing another liquid lipstick from Colorbar. This particular shade is apt for diwali as well as weddings etc.

Cost: 900 INR

My Review: The packaging of this good as well as the leaf shaped applicator for precise application. The shade Rustic is burnt orange shade which will flatter most Indian skin tone.

Colorbar Kiss-proof stain as the name suggest is transfer-proof but I wouldn't call it a stain because it doesn't leave a stain. Infact, it crumbles into tiny balls especially on the inside line of the lips. Also it cracks. And don't even think about applying a second coat! This makes the lips appear quite gross and I wouldn't wear it at any social event.

The only thing I like about this liquid lipstick is the shade and finish. Other than that it is one of the worst liquid lipstick I have come across. For 900 INR, I expected a much better product especially from a brand like Colorbar. I could add a few rupees more and would much rather buy myself a M.A.C lipstick.

So there goes my money. But you can save your money ! A lot of the reviews I read online have given this product a good review but I did not have the same experience.Hence I do not recommend this liquid lipstick at all. There are tons of other liquid lipsticks available in the market at much cheaper price which work better.

Cons:

• Cracks
• Crumbles in tiny balls
• Cannot be reapplied on top of another coat
• Fades unevenly
• Expensive

Conclusion: Although Rustic is a good shade, overall it fails as a liquid lipstick for such a high price point. I would not recommend it.
