It has been so long since I reviewed a basic lipstick. These ones are from Organistick and claim to use natural ingredients like Shea Butter and Jojoba oil.
Cost: INR 149 each
My Review:
Packaging- This comes in a plastic silver packaging. They have shade number at the bottom and you can see color from the top.
Color- These are decently pigmented and the darker shades more so.
19- This is a soft pink color and can be built up. It has a pearly finish
20- This is a true brown shade and is really pigmented.
21- This is a plum shade and my favorite from this range. This looks even better when worn matte.
22- This is a dull nude shade with hints of pink shimmers.
33- This is a peach shade and will suit fair skin tones better.
Texture and Finish- They do apply smoothly but they feel a bit heavy on the lips. Also it smells of castor oil, since it is one of its main ingredients. They have a saucy finish.
Other qualities- They stay for about 5-6 hours easily on the lips.They do transfer however and fade a bit with snacking. Some shades have shimmer to them. I applied shade 21 as matte and it looked really good and lasted longer. Although these have natural ingredients, am not a big fan of these mainly for their texture and smell. But if you are looking for a budget lipstick then it is a good option to try these.
