Tresemme Split Ends Remedy Shampoo and Conditioner : Review and Experience with split-ends
Hello Girls! Today I am reviewing Tresemme Shampoo and Conditioner. I got this as a PR sample through IndiBlogger.
I have this obsessive habit of cutting split-ends as soon as I see them and I cannot stand split-ends on my hair. I do have spit-ends in my hair but not that much that would give my hair a rough look or anything. Let gets started with how this shampoo and conditioner combo fared.
What Tresemme Claims: The TRESemmé Split Remedy™ Shampoo & Conditioner system gently cleanses and moisturizes so hair is healthy-looking and manageable, all while reducing split ends up to 80% after just three uses*. This unique system, with our innovative Reconstructing Complex™, binds split ends—and with continued use, this system fixes damage as it occurs. This hair care for split ends leaves strands looking salon fresh: soft, smooth and easy to style.
Cost: INR 80 for each bottle of 90 ml.
My Review:
I had recently switched my shampoo to Tresemme since the shampoo I was using earlier was leaving a nasty white residue on my scalp for some reason. I had a good experience with Tresemme shampoo which I had started using since a few months. Few weeks ago, I received these samples which claim to reduce spit-ends upto 96%.
The packaging of the shampoo and conditioner is professional looking. The black bottle is for shampoo and the white one is for the conditioner. It has a unique dispenser which is perfect and dispenses the product well. The shampoo has silvery white color and the conditioner is white. Both have a fresh fruity smell which I quite like.
I used this shampoo and conditioner combo for three consecutive washes so as to notice a considerable difference as they have mentioned.
First Wash: I did notice that this shampoo did clean my scalp well with no build-up of any sorts. After shampooing, I could notice that my hair felt rough. I followed this up by applying the conditioner for few minutes. My hair felt soft and tangle free. Even in the first wash it self I could notice that my hair felt soft and shiny.
After 3 Washes: I did not notice any reduction in my spit ends. It didn't do any harm to whatever split-ends I did have. I did notice this cleaned my scalp well and made my hair soft and manageable. Also, following this shampoo with the conditioner is a must otherwise hair feels rough.

Overall: This performs well as a great shampoo which will clean you scalp well and make your hair soft and manageable. Though it doesn't do well to reduce split-ends, it is a good shampoo to use none the less. I do recommend to try this.
